1. Pull the top lid. Twist the jar’s golden collar.
2. Now you need to do a little trick! It would be good to do this trick with a sharp object. Place the sharp object so that it is between the refill jar and the outer shell in the direction of 3-9 o’clock, then turn towards 12 o’clock. A small ‘click’ will be heard, and the existing content of the jar will come loose
3. Take the white lid from the refill jar.
4. Press the new jar into the outer shell.
5. Twist back the golden collared pump part.
6. Press a few times, and the new cream will come out. Now it’s ready for you! Put the original top lid back on the jar.

In case you notice the pump not functioning well, then remove the inner jar again and align the small holes in the inner and outer jar.
