A Different Experience – Lorena, 25, Bucharest

We believe in the difference our skincare products create. But we understand that seeing is believing, and that’s why we’ve decided to share real stories from real people who have experienced our products firsthand. Over the last few months, we’ve sent full products to our lovely customers over in Bucharest, Romania, asking them to document their skincare journey and share their before and after photos with us. We are excited to share their stunning transformations and testimonials.

Meet Lorena, 25, with normal to dry skin.

Lorena said that her skin was performing well, but she still enjoys some moments of luxury and wanted to pamper her skin with something new, so we created a routine for her. She was free to use the products either in the morning, evening or both.

The routine: the cleanser, toner and moisturizer at night and the mist in the morning.

D’DIFFERENCE products impressed me right from the beginning with the attention the team put into putting together the package that contained the complete routine for my skin type. Following a discussion about my skin and its needs, I received a skincare routine specific to normal, lackluster, and dry-prone skin. The products have very clear instructions, so it was easy to determine the order in which they should be applied. My trial period was from April 20th to June 1st. I have used the products on a daily basis, as follows: the cleanser, toner and moisturizer at night and the mist in the morning.

• The packaging of the products looks extremely sophisticated, I love the simple design and the choice of nature-inspired colors.
• The first product in my skincare routine is a cleanser. I was very curious to try this product because, in the past, I have tried different cleansers from derma-cosmetic brands and none were suitable for my skin type. This cleanser has a light texture and a pleasant scent. I like it because it gives my skin a proper cleanse without drying it out.
• After using the cleanser, the next step in my nighttime routine is the toner. Although the recommendation was for both morning and night use, I only use the toner in my night routine because it seems more appropriate based on the ingredients. Of course, as the instructions said, I used SPF the next day. I like the toner because it doesn’t dry out my face and it doesn’t leave it sticky.
• The moisturizer impressed me the most, starting with the design of the container, which allows a hygienic application of the product and keeps it in the best possible condition. Moreover, the amount of product that comes out of the container with a squeeze is enough, for me, for an even application of the product on the face (and I use another pump for the neck and décolleté). I love that it absorbs into the skin, and, in the morning, my face is hydrated and glowing.
• The mist is one of the products I have no comparison for, as I’ve never used anything similar before. I found it fascinating how this mist gives an instant glow, with or without makeup, and now I apply it every morning.
• This routine has visibly improved the appearance of my complexion, which is now hydrated and glowing. I will definitely continue to use these products and recommend them to others
