Delivery of goods

The products purchased from our store will reach you within 3 working days within Europe from the receipt of the payment  to the bank account of AS Chemi-Pharm (Seller).

We use the services of DHL Express to send the goods. If you wish, you can pick up the goods at the office of AS Chemi-Pharm, Tänassilma tee 11, Saku vald 76406, Estonia. This can be done on weekdays from 9 to 16.

For all orders exceeding the purchase amount of 100 € international delivery is FREE.

The prices for EU wide services for orders under 100 € are as follows:

DHL Express – 15 €

Prices include VAT.

The journey of the parcel can be tracked  online by tracking number which will be emailed to the customer after the package is on the way.  Packages sent outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees.
