Shipping Information
Shipping Destinations: We ship to selected countries internationally and to every Euripean Union member country. Full list of countries can be seen at checkout.
Shipping Carrier: We partner with DHL to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders straight from our production facilities.
Shipping Costs: For all orders shipping is now complimentary. In case of a special delivery, a flat shipping fee of 15 EUR applies. Customers are notified at checkout.
For orders that fit into a mailbox such as face masks or samples, then they will be shipped with priority mail using Omniva service. Mailing fee is 4,99 EUR.
Delivery Time: Once your order is processed, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery within Europe and 3-5 business days for international orders.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential customs delays.
Airmail orders arrive untracked within 7 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges through DHL.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at store@ddifference.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with further instructions.
Refund/Exchange: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out promptly.
